The last year has proved to be trying times for all of us. We sincerely hope that each and every one of our valued customers have managed to keep safe and have not been affected by COVID-19. As the nation prepares to move forward with easing lockdown measures, we are delighted to announce that our salon is now open for all Hair  & Beauty Services again.


All of our staff have been busy during lockdowns undergoing complete Coronavirus training to ensure that they fully understand the virus, how it spreads and how we can prevent the spread. In line with this training, we have introduced a whole new safety protocol to minimise all risk.


We are very much looked forward to opening our doors again for all of your hair and beauty needs and would like to take the time to let you know the strict measures we will have in place in the salon, ensuring the utmost safety of our customers and staff members. These rules will be reviewed and altered regularly to ensure that they are in line with the most up-to-date government advice at all times.


All of our staff will be operating full social distancing within the salon and the 2-meter rule will apply at all times where possible. When this is unavoidable due to the nature of our business, necessary PPE will be used as per government guidelines.


We will be ensuring that each room/work station is cleaned and disinfected in between each client to minimise any risk and new PPE will be provided for staff in between each client also. With this in mind, we ask all customers to understand that we may sometimes run over with appointment times, so we can ensure that this is done to the highest possible standard.


We please ask to keep personal belongings to a minimum and request no mobile phones be used during your appointment (while your colour is developing etc is fine). You will be required to hang/retrieve your own coat from our cloak hooks at the stairs. There will also be no refreshments available, however you can bring a bottle of water which must be taken home with you after your appointment. No magazines/reading material will be available at this present time so please bring your own.


Our bookings are now open. If you wish to book an appointment you can now head over to our app or our website to do so or get in touch through our social media channels. Our salon will now operate by appointment only and will no longer be able to take walk-in appointments at present. This ensures that we can monitor the number of people in the salon and adhere to all social distancing measures. 


Each of our staff members have appropriate PPE, including gloves and visors/googles when needed and there are sanitising stations in each treatment room/work stations and in our reception area, which we encourage everyone to use regularly. All clients will be asked to sanitise their hands on arrival/exit and wear a face-covering, disposable masks will be made available at the reception at a small cost if you do not have your own.


We will be operating by appointment only and only have a small waiting area. With this in mind, we kindly ask that you turn up for all appointments alone and on time- if you arrive early for your appointment you will not be seen and if you arrive late we require notice, otherwise, you may be turned away. Our salon door will usualy be locked and you will be greeted at the time of your appointment by your therapist/stylist. If you are running late or have any issues, please give us a call on 01224 658000. This process allows us to keep to social distancing and reduce the number of people in the salon at one time. If you have children and need to bring them along, we ask that you let us know when you book your appointment, we may be able to schedule you at the beginning or end of the day. You are responsible for your children also adhering to social distancing guidelines in the salon.


Please remember if your appointment requires a patch test, it needs to be booked at time of booking and 48 hours in advance of your appointment date. Failure to book a patch test will result on part of your treatment not being carried out or appointment cancelled and you will still be charged for the full appointment. You will also receive an SMS/Email to confirm and proceed with a Covid-19 form and a consultation form. We will also send a link to take a pre-payment towards your appointment to secure your booking and we will still accept all forms of payment for the remaining balance in salon on the day. Contact details will also be checked against our files in case we need to contact you post-treatment. If you or anyone in your household feels unwell the evening before or day of your appointment you should contact us asap to cancel or re-arrange. 


Please note there will be limited access to our customer toilet facilities.
