BOOKING, CANCELLATION POLICY & TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Your treatment appointment is
reserved specifically for you. We therefore ask that you notify us at least 24
hours in advance if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment (this
includes downgrading your appointment services, if you decide that you only
want a portion of the services you are scheduled for) as
a courtesy to both our therapists and other clients. Giving notice will enable
us to reschedule your treatment to a more convenient time.
Late cancellations will result in a £5
charge for appointments under 30 minutes and £10 for appointments over 30 minutes.
This will be payable at your next appointment.
‘No show’ appointments will result in a
50% charge of the treatment cost. This will need to be paid in advance of your

**Online bookings will be charged by way of your online payment method on the day of the cancellation/no show.
To secure long appointments a non refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking. Failure to give at least 24hrs notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit or 50% of the value of your gift voucher.
Pre paid block bookings: failure to make an appointment or give less than 24 hours cancellation notice, will result in the missed appointment being forfeited. No refund or alternative appointment will be given for any missed appointments or short notice cancellations.
Clients who have previously missed 2 or more appointments will be asked to pay in full when booking for a treatment.
Valid for 6 months from day of purchase.
All courses must be paid in full at time of booking and completed within the 3 or 6 months stated and are
non-refundable. Missed appointments may result in treatments deducted from your course.
Please ensure that you retrieve all your valuables before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
